CONTACT

Tell us what you would like to get under control.

Email ask@farwaandco.com to begin. Explain the task, the business it relates to and the result you need. We prefer a useful written starting point so that the conversation can reach the right area without asking you to repeat the same information on an unnecessary sales call.

Send an enquiry

Leave out passwords, recovery codes and unnecessary financial or identity documents.

A short message is enough

Include the period concerned and the software you currently use. Mention a deadline or written recipient requirement where relevant. For training, tell us who is learning and what they need to do. For a branch meeting, state your preferred city and the purpose of the visit.

Keep private information for an agreed channel

Please do not include passwords, login codes, employee identity records or full confidential reports in the first enquiry. We will agree what is needed and how it should be supplied. Only send information you are entitled to share, and mention any restrictions affecting it.

Use the right route for an existing matter

Current clients should include their engagement or ticket reference. A report recipient should use the document-check route or describe the discrepancy by email. An automated acknowledgement means the message has been recorded; it does not confirm professional acceptance, a meeting or a delivery date.
