REPORTING

Explain what has been requested before asking for an issue.

Sometimes another organisation asks for a report and the exact requirement is not obvious. Farwa can assess the request after understanding the recipient, period and available records. A named template, stamp or code is not a substitute for defining the right work.

Send a reporting brief

Leave out passwords, recovery codes and unnecessary financial or identity documents.

Share the actual instructions

Provide the recipient's wording where available and identify the deadline. Tell us whether the request concerns financial statements, a management report or a separately authorised assurance service. We clarify the distinction rather than treating all financial documents as the same product.

Describe the records behind it

Mention your accounting system, the latest completed period and any known gaps. We can then identify an appropriate information list. Sensitive supporting material should follow an agreed transfer process rather than arrive unsolicited in a public enquiry form.

Agree the scope before delivery

The proposal explains the output, responsibilities, review steps and limitations. A document is issued only through the accepted process; no particular opinion or external acceptance is promised. The issue reference and verification page remain separate from authorised access to the confidential report.

Common questions

Can a report be issued just because we urgently need one?

Urgency is relevant to planning, but it does not remove acceptance, evidence or approval requirements.
