ABOUT

One useful conversation can make the next task clearer.

You do not need to prepare a long presentation before contacting Farwa. A description of the problem, your current records and any deadline is enough to start. We then work towards a written scope that tells both sides what to expect.

Tell us what is getting in the way

Perhaps invoices are not matched to payments, the month-end is always late or the new software still feels confusing. Explain the situation and the result you need. We may request a small, relevant sample through an agreed channel before proposing the work. Please do not email passwords or a complete archive at this stage.

Agree a manageable plan

The proposal identifies the service, periods, deliverables, fees and information needed from your team. We also explain exclusions and the approval steps. If records are incomplete, that affects the plan. A target date is assessed against the actual work, not promised simply because it would be convenient.

Keep the work moving

We agree who answers questions and how updates will be shared. When the work is handed over, we explain the result and anything still open. A recurring service can move into a regular routine; a one-off task closes with its agreed deliverables and next responsibilities.

Common questions

Can we begin with one task and add others later?

Yes. A focused first assignment may be the most practical approach. Additional work is agreed separately rather than assumed.
