PLANNING

Put a workable plan behind your next business move.

A budget helps organise expectations before they become commitments. Farwa works with you to make the assumptions visible: what may be sold, what it may cost and which changes are planned. The result is a planning tool, not a promise that events will follow the spreadsheet.

Begin with the way the business works

We discuss your income sources, regular costs, staffing and planned spending. Assumptions are written down separately from the calculations. Where information is limited, we explain the uncertainty instead of presenting an unsupported level of precision.

Test what could change

The agreed model can explore a slower sales period, higher costs or a different start date. These scenarios help you see which assumptions matter most. Actual results can then be compared with the plan, provided the accounting records use a consistent basis.

Make the model maintainable

A useful handover identifies who updates the assumptions and when the plan should be reviewed. We explain the model's boundaries and the questions it can support. Financing advice, valuation or investment recommendations are not implied by a budgeting service.

Common questions

Can we start without several years of history?

A plan may still be possible, but the assumptions and uncertainty need particular care. We assess the information before agreeing the scope.
