Odoo setup involves more than enabling applications. Farwa helps define the process, prepare information and test the selected workflows before users depend on them. The scope reflects the edition, version, hosting and customisations that your organisation will operate.
Choose the workflow before the configuration
We identify the business steps, approvals and reporting needs that matter. Available functions are compared with the requirement. Configuration, third-party modules and custom development are treated as different scope items with their own cost and maintenance implications.
Rehearse with representative information
A trial migration and user tests help check the agreed data and tasks. Opening financial information, regional settings and accounting decisions require appropriate approval. A screen that loads successfully does not prove that every transaction or report has been configured correctly.
Make the handover usable
The transition plan identifies the final data move, access changes and the authorised decision to go live. Operating notes explain the important settings and remaining questions. Stabilisation support, upgrades and later feature requests are defined rather than left to assumption.
