SOFTWARE

Find the part of the process that keeps causing trouble.

When a task takes too many steps or the output cannot be trusted, replacing the whole system may be unnecessary. Farwa can review a selected workflow to understand where the difficulty begins. The result is a practical improvement brief rather than an automatic software sales recommendation.

Show us the task as you perform it

We discuss the information, people and approvals involved and ask users to demonstrate the problem. The review can consider data entry, permissions, manual workarounds or reporting. Access is limited to what the agreed review needs, with confidential records handled appropriately.

Look behind the symptom

A missing report figure might arise from incomplete data, inconsistent categories or a setting that does not match the process. We separate confirmed findings from questions needing more investigation. A workflow review is not a penetration test, full security audit or independent accounting assurance engagement.

Choose a sensible sequence of improvements

Recommendations identify the next action, the person responsible and any dependencies. Training may be enough for one issue; another may require a configuration change or separate development. Production changes are approved and tested through their own scope rather than made casually during a diagnostic.

Common questions

Can we ask for help with only one recurring problem?

Yes. A focused review can be useful, provided related dependencies and exclusions are made clear.
