YOUR BOOKS

Make it easier to see who owes what and why.

Customer balances can become confusing when invoices, credits and payments do not stay connected. Farwa helps organise the agreed sales ledger and the questions behind overdue amounts. The work supports your collection process without assuming authority to make commercial decisions for you.

Put the balance together

We review invoices, receipts, credit notes and opening information within scope. Payments are matched using available evidence, and unclear allocations are queried. A customer total should be traceable to the records behind it rather than carried as a single unexplained figure.

Separate late payment from a problem to resolve

A balance may be unpaid because of a dispute, missing purchase reference or incorrect invoice. We help categorise the issue and identify the next person to act. Direct customer communication, settlement negotiation and write-offs require explicit authority; they are not assumed to come with ledger support.

Use the information in your routine

The handover can include an ageing schedule and a list of items requiring attention. Where cash planning is included, expected receipts are assessed with your input. Legal debt recovery or specialist advice is separate from the accounting work.
