Make month-end a routine rather than a rescue exercise.
Monthly accounting brings the period's activity into an organised set of records and supporting schedules. Farwa helps define the collection, checking and review work so that the month does not end with a search through messages and spreadsheets.
Start with a workable structure
We look at your account categories, opening information and the way transactions are entered. The scope identifies which entities and periods are included. Inconsistent coding or unclear balances become questions for review rather than being carried forward indefinitely. Important policy choices and adjustments need appropriate approval.
Keep the open items visible
A close checklist can cover document collection, reconciliations, approved journals and reporting preparation. Each missing item has a next action and a person who can resolve it. We distinguish a completed review from a figure still waiting for evidence, so management can understand the status of the information.
Know what you receive
The agreed handover may include updated ledgers, a trial balance and supporting schedules. We explain significant changes and the actions needed before the next period. Filing, tax representation or an assurance opinion is not automatically part of monthly accounting; those requirements must be assessed separately.
Common questions
Can you work alongside our existing accountant?
Yes. We can divide the tasks clearly, provided the responsibilities and review arrangements are agreed at the start.
