YOUR BOOKS

Keep pay information organised and appropriately private.

Payroll work involves both careful records and sensitive information. Farwa can help maintain agreed payroll schedules, summaries and accounting records using the inputs your business approves. The service starts with clear responsibilities, access limits and a defined processing scope.

Agree who supplies and approves changes

Employee details, pay components, attendance and adjustments should come through an authorised employer contact. We agree a submission routine and identify who confirms the final inputs. An informal message from an employee does not automatically authorise a salary change or a new payment instruction.

Prepare only the work included

The scope may cover payroll summaries, reconciliations or accounting entries. Statutory calculations, filings and remittances require express inclusion and an assessment of the applicable requirements. Record support should not be mistaken for unrestricted employment-law or tax advice.

Review before releasing the output

Your employer representative approves the result before payment or distribution. Corrections after approval follow a documented process. Access to employee information is limited to those who need it, and retention should follow the approved arrangements rather than keeping every document indefinitely.

Common questions

Should we attach staff identity records to the first enquiry?

No. Describe the requirement first so that an appropriate information list and protected transfer method can be agreed.
