YOUR BOOKS

Keep supplier paperwork from turning into payment guesswork.

Supplier bills need a clear route from receipt to review and payment preparation. Farwa helps organise the records, identify differences and maintain the schedules your team uses to decide what should be paid. Releasing money remains with your authorised decision-makers.

Check the documents first

Agreed work can include invoice recording, duplicate checks and matching supplier statements to the ledger. Missing approvals or uncertain descriptions are raised as questions. Supplier bank-detail changes need an independently verified process rather than automatic acceptance of an email.

Prepare a useful payment view

A schedule can distinguish approved invoices, due dates and items on hold. That makes the discussion easier, but it is not permission to release a payment. Your business confirms the supplier, amount, bank details and priority through its own approval arrangements.

Keep the month-end connected

Open balances and payments awaiting allocation feed into the accounting review. Any accrual work or additional reporting is separately identified in the scope. An organised supplier file helps explain recorded obligations but does not prove that every possible liability has been captured.

Common questions

Will you need full banking access?

Usually the records and task determine the access required. Authority to approve or release payments is never assumed.
